During this visit, we will discuss your goals, timeline, next steps and answer any questions you may have about the estate sale process.
To prepare for the walkthrough, we simply ask that you have a general idea of which items you plan to keep and which you would like included in the estate sale. This allows us to assess the scope of the sale and provide clear recommendations tailored to your needs.

Item Preparation & Presentation - We clean, organize, price, and professionally display all estate sale items to ensure they are presented in the most appealing and market-ready manner.
Professional Valuation Support - When necessary, we consult with experienced professional appraisers to help determine an items accurate fair market value - at no additional cost to you.
Photography & Inventory - We photograph and create a general inventory of all estate sale items to support marketing and estate sale preparation.
Marketing & Advertising - Many clients ask how estate sales are advertised and how buyers are reached. Our approach focuses on attracting qualified, motivated buyers for the specific items in each sale.
We use a combination of online estate sale listings, targeted digital marketing, and outreach to our established buyer network to generate strong visibility and attendance. On sale days, we also place clear, professionally positioned signage throughout the surrounding area to guide buyers directly to the property.
Professional Signage - We provide and place all necessary professional signage at and around the estate sale location.
Display & Security Solutions - We supply all required display tables, fixtures and locking cases to properly showcase and secure valuables and collectibles.

Estate Sale Duration - We conduct on-site estate sale events lasting two to five days, depending on the size and volume of items within the estate.
Professional Sales Staff & Security - Our friendly, knowledgeable sales staff assist customers throughout the sale while providing added oversight and security during the event.
Sales Tracking & Reporting - We utilize professional accounting systems to track all items sold by category for accurate reporting and transparency.
Accepted Forms of Payment - We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards during the estate sale.
Item Removal & Disposition - We can facilitate the removal of unwanted or unsold items through haul-away services, charitable donations, or other arrangements agreed upon in advance.
Post-Sale Property Cleaning - Following the sale, we provide a light cleaning of the property, including packing, mopping, and vacuuming. The home will be left broom clean and free of unwanted items.
Final Settlement & Payment - Account settlements are completed within five business days following the estate sale. Clients typically receive a business check for the net proceeds along with a sales report outlining the items sold by category, as well as any applicable donation receipts and supporting documentation.
